REFUND POLICY
You can return items within 30 days of your order date or 14 days from the date your item is marked as delivered, whichever comes first, or as required by applicable law. After this period, we cannot offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it, except in specific situations. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us at support@wearsole.com within 12 hours of placing your order. While we aim to assist, we cannot guarantee changes due to our rapid fulfillment process.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by manufacturing errors, shipping mishaps, or other issues on our part. These issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation, along with images as proof.
Once approved, we will offer a refund (less shipping fees) or a replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, the defective item may need to be returned.
Items in new condition may qualify for an exchange, store credit, or refund, less shipping and handling fees, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards and downloadable products
- Items purchased at discounted prices
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For orders with free shipping promotions, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution. If it’s been more than 10 business days since receiving a refund confirmation email, please check with your bank before contacting us at support@wearsole.com for further assistance.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value, less shipping fees. If the item was not marked as a gift, the original purchaser must request the return.
Making a Return
To initiate a return, email support@wearsole.com with the subject line “Your Last Name_Order Number” within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Include the reason for your return, the item’s style number, and a description. Once approved, we will provide you with a return form to include with your package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service with a signature requirement to ensure we receive your return. Wear Sole does not take responsibility for lost or undelivered returns.
Once We Receive Your Return
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed promptly. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within the time frame set by your bank.
