SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Times
We strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame provided during checkout. However, in rare cases, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Return Shipping
If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will only cover the cost of shipping for items that are damaged and need replacement.

Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Lost Items
In the event that an item arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your goods (or the estimated delivery date for lost items). Submit proof of damage (photos) or evidence of a lost package to support@wearsole.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchange Shipping Times
If you are exchanging a product, the delivery time for the replacement item may vary based on your location.
